After you sign in
Once you enter your username (or email) and password, rooter verifies your credentials and displays your account dashboard. Your current balance appears at the top. You can then navigate to sportsbook markets, live-dealer tables, slot games, or esports betting.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
If you have 2FA enabled on your rooter account, you will receive a verification code via SMS to your registered mobile number after you enter your password. Enter this code in the prompt to complete login. 2FA protects your account from unauthorised access and is recommended for all accounts.

Deposit and withdrawal flow
From your dashboard, select "Deposit" or "Withdraw". If you deposit, choose your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and follow the payment provider's instructions. Your balance updates immediately after the payment confirms.
To withdraw, select "Withdraw", choose your registered payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within standard timeframes. Your payment provider handles final delivery to your bank account or mobile wallet. Contact our support team if a withdrawal does not arrive within the expected window.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you cannot sign in, verify that your username or email and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it via email. Check your inbox (including spam folder) for the reset link.
If you receive a message that your account is locked or suspended, contact rooter support. Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts or due to security alerts. Our team can assist with account recovery, verification, or re-activation during business hours. We respond to support inquiries in English and aim to respond within a few hours during standard business hours.
