If we cannot verify your identity after three attempts, we close your account and return your balance to your original deposit method. We do not refund account closure fees (if any) and we do not restore closed accounts. Once an account is closed due to failed verification, you may not re-register using the same name or associated email.

Note: We retain your identity documents for the duration of your rooter account plus seven years thereafter, as required by financial compliance regulations. Your documents are stored securely and not shared with external parties except as legally required.

We do not charge withdrawal fees on rooter. Your withdrawal amount is credited in full to your payment account. If your withdrawal fails due to an error on our side, we reprocess it at no cost. If it fails due to an error on your payment provider's side (wrong account details, account closure), you must contact your payment provider to resolve it.

Bonus and Promotional Terms on rooter

rooter does not advertise fixed bonus amounts. Any promotional offer we mention is subject to terms displayed at the time the offer is made. Bonuses, if offered, are non-transferable and subject to rollover requirements. You must play through any bonus amount using specified game categories before you can withdraw funds from a bonus balance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time. We enforce bonus terms strictly: if you breach rollover conditions or attempt to circumvent bonus requirements through pattern play, we forfeit the bonus balance and reserve the right to close your account.

If we close your account due to prohibited conduct, your balance is forfeited. We do not reverse closed accounts, and we do not refund forfeited balances.

Your Agreement with rooter

By registering and using rooter, you agree to these terms in full. We enforce all provisions strictly. If you do not agree with any term, do not register or use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms are notified via email to your registered address at least thirty days before taking effect. Your continued use of rooter after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

rooter operates only where local law permits. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or any other location where online gaming is legal, you may register. If you are in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, you may not access rooter. You remain responsible for verifying compliance with your jurisdiction's law. These terms, combined with our privacy policy, form the complete agreement between you and rooter. No other representations or warranties apply.
